Jose Cicero dos Santos

Jose has spent his working life making other people’s nights go right. He started out running his own small business, coaching clients one on one, and learned early that people remember how you made them feel long after they forget the details.

He carried that lesson into luxury hospitality, hosting guests at resorts and private venues on the East Coast, from the Atlantic City boardwalk to Boston’s best rooms. Along the way he built teams of hosts, opened new venues, and became the person regulars called first when an evening had to be perfect.

Casa Cicero carries his middle name, and his idea of hospitality: a house where guests are known, plans are handled quietly, and the door is always open. He speaks English and Portuguese, and gets by happily in Spanish.
